The program offers several rebates to incentivize MURBs to implement an EV Ready Plan, including:
A 75% rebate of the total costs of an approved EV Ready Plan, up to a maximum of $3,000 Up to $600 per EV Ready parking space, to a maximum of $80,000 per MURB $1,400 per charging station, up to $14,000 per MURB A total of $97,000 in maximum rebates available
To be approved for a rebate, an EV Ready Plan must include a minimum of one (1) EV Ready parking space per residential unit. The parking space must feature a complete electrical circuit capable of providing Level 2 EV charging, terminating in a junction box.

The program is open to MURBs located in BC that were constructed before March 31, 2020. garages.
